Raspberry Tart

A classic sablé-breton buttery base from the Brittany region in France topped with light and fluffy mascarpone vanilla whipped cream, raspberry gel and fresh raspberries from our local market. A perfect and refreshing dessert for summer.

Serves 8 to 10 people.

Pick up is at South Melbourne Market only between 8.30am and 3.30pm.
We don't do delivery.
