Classic French dessert baba au rhum has made its way to Agathé patisserie.
Delicious baba sponge soaked in rum topped up with pecan praline, maple custard and vanilla whipped cream.

Serves 8 to 10 people.

This cake contains nuts, eggs, alcohol and it is not suitable for vegetarians.

Available for pre order Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Pick up is at South Melbourne Market only between 8.30am and 3.30pm.
We don't do delivery.
