Mother's day Heart - Mango - Passion fruit - Raspberry Heart

Our special delight for Mother's day !
The Mango - Passion and Raspberry heart is made of an almond Joconde sponge and almond shortcrust with some delicious Mango - Passion fruit ganache, lemon jelly and raspberry compote.

Serves 8 to 10 people.
This cake contains egg, nut, dairy, gluten and gelatine. It is not suitable for vegetarian.
